Building
Shell will have the following
features included in the base price:

Building structure with the exception of
concrete topping slab in unfinished units.

Parking structure with
doors, access control, and lights. Cost of individual parking spaces not included.

Exterior walls including
all windows and doors.

Complete roof
installation.

All common mechanical
equipment including water source heat pump equipment.

Main electrical service.

Complete egress system
including corridors and stairs.
