BROOKS-HOWELL HOME
Multi-phased project– all construction work is to be completed while building
remains occupied. Phase one includes: construction of a new chapel with seating for 250
people, four apartment units, and support space. Phase two
includes: new entry and gallery display area for artifact collection;
enlarged library; retail area; living room; and cafeteria
seating. Estimated cost: $2,700,000.
