CURRENT DERMATOLOGY

New 5429 SF Medical Building consisting of eleven Procedure Rooms, Physician and Physician’s Assistant’s offices, a Staff Break room and a core area that includes physician and staff work areas.

Project Description:  

Emphasis was placed on designing an attractive, low maintenance building.  The building’s exterior utilizes materials that complement the surrounding buildings.  Interior load bearing walls were avoided to make future modifications easier and less costly.  A Mechanical Attic was included to free up valuable ground level space.  Room to grow was important to the Physician; the building’s initial design includes master planning for a future 3500 SF addition.  Provision was also made for adding future parking.
