EBLEN CENTER FOR SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

New 80,000 square foot building to house the headquarters for Eblen Center for Social Enterprise.  Building to feature meeting spaces and an event center for conferences and seminars.

Project Description:

The event center can be configured to seat 1000 people, or be divided into 3 medium sized or 6 small size spaces for conferences, seminars, or work shops.  Each of the 6 spaces will have a separate mechanical system and lighting control.  In addition, there is a large pre-function space, a full service kitchen, and storage.  The entire building is designed to meet LEED requirements for sustainability.  The office building portion of the building is under construction and is scheduled to be completed in June, 2009.  The education and event center portion of the complex has been designed, and construction is scheduled to begin at the completion of fundraising.
