Project Description:
The
Urban Design Concept of the project is to tie the new development into the grid
patterns of the adjoining streets in the South Slope area of Downtown Asheville.
The project will feature street level retail and restaurant spaces along
with pedestrian amenities such as benches, street trees, and a water feature.
Traditional urban materials such as granite, marble, brick, stucco, and
grass will be used as the exterior materials.
The project is intended to achieve LEED core and shell certification.
