RESIDENCES AT BILTMORE

Conversion of an existing apartment complex into a 115 Unit condominium hotel.  The units are a mix of studio, one, two, and three bedroom units and include porches and fireplaces.   Phase two recreation area includes swimming pool, outdoor lounge area, fire pit, and lodge meeting room.  Phase two includes a restaurant, check-in, and meeting room complex over underground parking.
