The
project is comprised of three separate buildings- a Restroom and
Press
Box
Building
, a
Concessions
Building
and a Timing and
Storage
Building
. The facilities are designed to serve the Track and Field Complex and the
Baseball Complex. In addition, the project includes accessible Bleachers
to seat 537 spectators. Low maintenance exterior materials have been
incorporated including stone and brick exterior walls and metal roofs. A
Solar hydronic heating system will be employed to continue UNC Asheville’s
desire to be more environmentally responsible.
